AI Basics

What Is an AI Integrator, and What Can One Do for Your Business?

If you run a business, you have probably tried AI by now. You asked a chatbot to rewrite an email or summarize a document, and maybe it helped. Then you went back to the work stacked on your desk, because you do not have a free afternoon to learn a new tool and figure out how it fits with everything else you use. That is the gap an AI integrator fills. An AI integrator sets up AI tools and automations inside your business so repetitive work gets done without someone doing it by hand. Instead of teaching you to write better prompts, they build the system, test it, and document it so your team can run it.

In practice, that might be an inbox assistant that drafts replies for you to review, a client onboarding system that sends the right documents in the right order, a meeting follow-up system that turns your notes into recaps and task lists, or a knowledge base your team can ask questions of so the answer does not live in one person’s head. None of it is flashy. It takes the work that wears you out and hands it to a system. A good integrator also decides up front what AI handles on its own, what it drafts for a person to approve, and what stays fully human, because AI still gets things wrong and anything going out under your name deserves a human check.

If you are curious where AI could make the biggest difference in your business, start with an AI Opportunity Call. We will talk through your current systems, your repetitive work, and the places it is costing you the most, and you will leave with a clear picture of what is possible. I spent nearly 20 years in corporate marketing, communications, and operations before earning my AI Integrator certification, so I know how businesses actually run, and when you hire me, you get me, not a handoff to a junior team. Thank you for reading, and I hope your inbox is a little quieter soon.
